Your First Visit

You will meet Dr. Mitchell after filling out some brief paperwork describing
you, your health history and your goals. We offer this initial consultation
so we can get to know you and your concerns.

We will study the way you turn, and bend. Your other physical, orthopedic
and chiropractic test help us locate areas of your spine that could be the
cause of your problem.

We will advise you if any type of diagnostic images will be needed to complete
your examination.

As a conclusion to your consultation Dr. Mitchell will make recommendations
and offer you some treatment choices.
